HaiSoft is an AFNIC-accredited Registrar since 2002. Prestataire Option 1, HaiSoft is also a Member of AFNIC and provides domain name registration in the following extensions : .FR - .ASSO.FR - .GOUV.FR - .TM.FR

We can also register, upon request, specific domain names, part of the list of towns and cities or reserved domain names.
Other subdomain names in .FR are now managed by Promopixel since 7 May 2009. 

Registration of .FR domain names are only allowed to French residents, or to companies registered in France.
 
HaiSoft can register a domain name for you if you do not live in France, and will act as a proxy.
 
Domain names can be registered freely as long as the domain name is available. Registration takes place on first-come first-served basis.
 

Transfer of a .FR domain name can take place once a transfer code is retrieved from the current Registrar.
 
Once the transfer code is provided, the transfer will take between 8 and 15 days and cannot be cancelled by the current Registrar without a formal request.
Owner changes is charged and renews the domain name for 1 year in the same manner as the transfer to a new Registrar.
